Shipping Policy




You can trust your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We package our products using the industry's newest technology, with crush-proof, insulated shipping boxes. Please provide a street address, as we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, after that it will be the following week. We don't want our products sitting in an airport hub over the weekend. We require a signature for all deliveries, in the event that a recipient has an agreement with Fed-Ex or UPS for deliveries to be made without a signature, Jacques Pastries cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for shipping delays while your products are in transit due to strike, mechanical failure, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, and will not offer refunds for any of these reasons.



Refunds

Every product we make is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defected or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after shipment arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be unopened and uneaten condition for refund.
